Associate, Paid Digital Media

The Associate, Paid Digital Media will work as part of the Media + Performance team to support the agency’s digital marketing programs through multichannel paid digital campaigns. These campaigns will contribute to the overall success of our client’s business goals, as well as support the growth of the Media + Performance team.

We are seeking candidates with prior experience building/managing paid social media campaigns – particularly Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok platforms –  as well as experience with paid search campaigns. Reports to the Director of Digital Strategy and Integrated Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social and search campaigns to support and execute our client’s digital strategies and achieve client’s marketing goals and objectives.
  • Set up and manage advertising accounts on social media platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to help develop project strategy, campaign requirements, timelines, content, and creative.
  • Provide overall support to digital project management.
  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Strategy Manager and Digital Marketing Analyst and to ensure campaigns are consistently in alignment with social messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Manage budgets to ensure digital spend efficiency and achieve campaign KPIs: including lead generation, highly qualified website traffic, conversion optimization, and brand engagement.
  • Utilize paid social, Google Ads and SEM to execute campaigns in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Tik/Tok.
  • Support and deliver campaign reporting in conjunction with the Media + Performance team.
  • Learn new methods and modes of digital marketing, including display and programmatic campaign execution.
  • Support organic social and email programs and projects as necessary.
  • Collaborate and work cross functionally with Account, Project Management and Creative teams. This a temporary to hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing, digital media, or communications.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, including experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns. Programmatic experience is helpful.
  • Previous marketing experience with an advertising agency handling B2B and B2C campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of social, search, mobile and digital media technology solutions.
  • Resourceful, self-learner, results-oriented and proactive expert across B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Experience in current digital media integration, tools, budgets, trends and analytics.
  • Exceptional analytical, writing and communication skills.
