Account Supervisor - Consumer Package Goods

We have the privilege of managing some of America’s best loved food, beverage and hospitality brands and are seeking candidates with consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand management experience to join our team. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess a positive attitude and the ability to add strategic value to our growing customer base of Fortune 500 companies. Applicants must have a minimum of five years experience including two years of CPG brand management experience. Previous experience in food, beverage or hospitality and working in an agency environment are big plusses.

Excellent written, oral and organizational skills are a must, along with a willingness to collaborate with teams. You will have the opportunity to own the consumer journey and must have experience developing integrated brand plans and familiarity with strategic principles of package design and shopper marketing. Ideal employees also have strong management skills, a sense of curiosity and are problem-solvers and multi-taskers.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5-7+ years of experience, including two in a brand management function in the CPG space
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership in strategic vision, develop annual marketing plans and support agency execution
  • Strategic understanding of marketing communications and aligned business plan implications
  • Familiarity with strategic principles of package design and shopper marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (writing samples will be required)
  • Ability to serve as a primary point of contact with Clients and lead agency teams in successful campaigns
  • Desire to do great work for our customers and have fun while you are doing it
