While the latest U.S. employment levels have been discouraging, the restaurant industry is the exception. Restaurants and other food and drinking places were among the biggest job producers of 2010, adding 130,000 jobs since August. Analysts count this is proof of the industry’s expansion. With so many conflicting foodservice industry forecasts for 2011 , we’ll take it.
